Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Higuera Immigration Law has a new website, and I want to take a minute to show you around.
What you’ll find on the site
Practice areas in plain language. There are pages for each of the areas I work in — family, green cards, citizenship, employment, and asylum — and you can browse all of them from the practice areas page. I’ve tried to write them the way I talk with clients: plainly, without legal jargon, so you can get a feel for what the work involves before we ever speak.
Ways to reach the firm. You can call the office at 954.860.8040, email [email protected], or send a note through the contact form. If you write, please keep your message brief and avoid sharing sensitive case details until we’ve spoken.
A free 15-minute introductory consultation. If you’d like to talk about your situation, you can schedule a free 15-minute introductory consultation on the consultation page. Consultations are offered by phone, video, or in person — whichever works best for you. Extended, one-hour consultations are also available.
English and Spanish. A Spanish-language version of the site is on its way, and interpreter services are available upon request.
A little about me
I’m Danja Higuera, an immigration attorney. I founded Higuera Immigration Law in January 2022, and I work with clients from my office in Weston, Florida — and by phone and video for those who can’t come in.
Thank you for stopping by. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime.
