Consultation request form

The consultation request form on our Contact page asks for your first and last name, email address, a subject line, and a brief description of your situation.

When you submit that form, your information is sent directly to our firm's own Google Workspace email account ([email protected]) through a small server-side relay we operate. No third-party form-processing company ever receives, stores, or has access to your submission — the relay only passes your message through, in transit, to our own email inbox, which we manage under our firm's own email retention practices. To prevent spam and abuse, the relay also records the sending device's IP address and a timestamp with the message and uses the IP address for short-term rate limiting; the form additionally uses a hidden spam-trap field and automated checks to filter out bot submissions before they reach us.

Scheduling a consultation (Calendly)

Our Schedule a Consultation page links out to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, to book a free introductory consultation or a paid extended consultation. When you follow that link and book a time, you leave our site and provide your name, email, phone number, and any scheduling-question answers directly to Calendly, not to us.

Calendly is responsible for its own data practices once you're on its site. Its current privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.

Verify at launch Confirm Calendly's current cookie and data-retention practices directly against its published policy before this page's next review; that policy was not independently re-verified as part of this project's own research pass, and this notice should not be read as summarizing it.

Consultation location map

Our Contact page includes a map of the location where consultations are held by appointment. The map loads automatically when you visit that page, which sends your IP address and standard request information to Google — the same as visiting Google Maps directly. If you'd rather not do that, that address is on the Contact page as plain text either way, and you're welcome to look it up yourself instead of using our embedded map.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses two tools to measure how it's used. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures site performance in aggregate — it does not use cookies or local storage, and it cannot identify individual visitors.

This site also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure page visits and, when you submit our contact form, to record that a message was sent — this helps us understand which pages bring in inquiries. If you arrive here from a Google ad, Google Analytics also connects that visit to the ad that brought you, so we can tell which ads are working. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not receive the content of your message — only that a submission occurred. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and you can control how Google uses your data for ads at Google's Ads Settings.

Video (future)

Conditional No video content exists on this site yet. When a video is added, it will embed using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and will not load until you click to play it. This section will describe that behavior once a real video embed ships.

Fonts

This site's public pages use typefaces hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts or any other font provider. Visiting these pages never sends a request to a third-party font service. The one exception is the staff-only content editor at /keystatic, which is not part of the public site: its editing interface loads a font from Google Fonts.

How long we keep your information

What we don't do

• We don't share your consultation-request information with anyone outside our firm, except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
